ANSWER: We have a flat rate for shipping. After processing your order, if you live in Europe this may cost more and we will send you an invoice for the additional cost. We try to avoid this but shipping outside the US can be very expensive.

QUESTION: The shipping is high in certain items when I add multiple items, can you do anything about it?

ANSWER: If you consider the shipping to be too high, please email us with your order number after you order and your concern. We will review it an see if we can refund you back postage depending on projected cost. Our shipping is based on the price amount and is generally the easiest for not only you but our process as well. If it is not right, we will fix it.

QUESTION: Is it illegal to sell human bones?
